What is a Magnet Ambassador?
A Magnet Ambassador is a student leader who serves as a liaison, spokesperson, and advocate for Lauderhill 6-12 STEM MED. Ambassadors must have strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and commitment to integrity. L612 Magnet Ambassadors are highly motivated and energetic. These students possess practical decision-making skills, the ability to motivate others, and a willingness to work as a team. Being involved in the Magnet Ambassador program is a great way to meet new people, develop new skills, and play a leadership role on campus!
Examples are:
- Assisting during new student orientation processes.
- Giving campus tours.
- Assisting with special events such as magnet showcases, parent nights, STEM activities, and community events.
Why should I be a Magnet Ambassador?
