    I'm tasked with assisting you and your family through each school year until you graduate from McFatter Technical College and High School. As barriers arise, I hope to support you in achieving academic and social emotional success by connecting the home, school and community.

    How can I help?

    My goal is to work collaboratively with administration as I partner directly with parents, students, and teachers to assist students in reaching their full potential. Through confidential consultation, I am available to assist our students and families in the following:

    *Crisis Intervention           

    *Mental Health Concerns            

    *Grief and Loss Support  

    *Family Supports            

    *Community Resources referrals

    *Support Social Emotional Learning  

    *Educational Support           

    *Attendance

     

    Universal Student Questions

    Q: Who are your school support staff?

    A: School Social Worker, School Counselor, Family Counselor, Teachers, and Administrators.

     

    Q: When do I contact them for help?

    A: As soon as you have identified a problem or issue.

     

    Q: I think I will be a bother if I ask for help?

    A: Never. Students are the focus and no problem is too great or too small.

    * For Immediate Assistance – Dial 911

    *Teen Space- 2-1-1 or 954-567-836 (TEEN)- are the numbers that youth can call to share experiences and get support when they feel they can't go to anyone else. Thi Teen Helpline is a 24 hour, 7 days a week, free and anonymous service for teens that need information or simply a listening ear.
