    New Student RegistrationSchool registration for new students is in person at our school. Registration is important and we want to make sure you have all the resources to make registration go as smoothly as possible. When you are ready to register your child, be sure to review the Information for Student Registration checklist before you arrive. The checklist will provide information on the following:

    1. Proof of Residence
    2. School Records
    3. Medical Exams and Records
    4. Immunization
    5. Evidence of Age

    While we welcome you to our school, we also want to ensure the safety and security of our students. Please be prepared to present a valid photo identification upon entrance.

    If you are registering your child for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year and live within the school's boundaries OR if you are registering your child for the upcoming school year and do not live within the school's boundaries, please print and fill out the following packet before visiting Coral Glades to finalize registration.

    1. Student Emergency Contact Card (contains consent for school health services and state-mandated screenings)
    2. School Health Entry Exam (Yellow Form)

    5. Florida Department of Health (FDOH) Dental Sealant Program
    6. Heiken Vision program
