Any high school students that would like to volunteer at Forest Glen Middle School for community service hours (towards graduation) must first be approved by Dr. Norris and follow the procedure below:

1: Email the teacher, guidance counselor, or staff member you would like to volunteer with. Include your name, what school you attend, and the date you would like to come in to volunteer.

2: The teacher, guidance counselor, or staff member you reached out to will email your name and information to Mrs. Barris who will confirm who is and who is not approved to volunteer. 

3. Make sure you receive a reply from the teacher before arriving at Forest Glen. (You cannot just show up. You will not be permitted on campus without pre-approval.)

4: Upon arrival, check-in/sign-in at Single Point. You must have your Broward School ID on and visible in order to sign in AND it must remain on for the entire time you are on campus. 

5: Once on campus, you must stay with your designated teacher for the entire time you are here. Any student volunteer that does not follow the above procedure will be removed from the volunteer pool at Forest Glen Middle School.
