Annual Parent Survey
The administration window for the annual parent survey is from will be given when available.
Parents can access the survey via a Public Link that will be placed on Title I School websites.
To complete the survey, parents will need to provide their first and last names,their child’s first and last names, and their child’s student ID number.
One survey must be filled out for every child that parent has at that school.
