    Mrs. McCarthy grew up in Davie, Fl. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University with an honors degree in elementary education, and loves being a 4th grade teacher. In the classroom she wants her students to be independent thinkers that set and reach their goals in school and life.

    Mrs. McCarthy is married to her husband William and they have two sons Gavin and JT. She loves being a mom, and spending time with her family is her world!! Mrs. McCarthy loves, loves, loves being a teacher at Country Isles, and thinks it is the best school ever!!
