lWelcome Back, Charles Drew Tiger Cubs!  It is an honor and a privilege to have the opportunity to serve as your principal.  I am elated to become a part of such an awesome community of dedicated teachers, staff members, students eager to learn, and an overall community of supportive stakeholders.  Our #1 goal for the 2024 - 2025 school year is to “Gain and Maintain an A Grade.”  We are laser-focused on attaining this goal and looking forward to celebrating our successes with you. 

 We are proud to announce that our school has created Gifted and High Achievers classes on each grade level to accelerate students, giving them opportunities to engage in Project-Based Learning, Engineering, Coding, Field Trips, and a lot more.  Smaller student-teacher ratio classrooms have been developed to ensure their success for our students who need a little extra academic support.  This year we will expand student access to 2lst Century Technology with the purchase of additional student laptops.  Basketball, Cheerleading, Dance, Drama, Music, and Soccer Clubs will be available on campus for our Tigers Cubs, allowing them to develop their various talents.  

“Building a Strong Foundation” is our theme and the urgency you will feel whenever you set foot on our campus.  Everything in our school is done with the intent to create excellence.  We look forward to serving you throughout the school year; united, we will accomplish great things.
