  • Mr. Jonathan Edwards, Assistant Principal, 9th Grade

Mr. Jonathan Edwards On behalf of the staff at Boyd Anderson, I am happy to welcome you to our school! We recognize that in order to be successful in school, our children need support from both the home and school. As partners, we share the responsibility for our children’s success and want you to know that we will do our very best to carry out our responsibilities. We ask that you guide and support your child’s learning by ensuring that he/she:
    1) Attends school daily and arrives on time, ready for the day’s learning experience
    2) Completes all homework assignments given by teachers
    3) Reads daily to develop a love for reading and to improve literacy skills
    4) Shares school experiences with you so that you are aware of his/her school life
    5) Informs you if he/she needs additional support in any area or subject
    6) Knows that you expect him/her to succeed in school and go on to college

Please join our school volunteer program. Our students will benefit from your involvement with our school.

If you have any questions about the rules and expectations, please feel free to contact me or to discuss them with your child’s teacher.

I want to offer my support to students and families on this journey virtually and face-to-face as we navigate our way through uncharted waters. Ms. Linda Lopez

    Greetings Cobra Family!

It is my honor to serve our Boyd H. Anderson community as one of your proud Assistant Principals. I believe every student deserves a quality education that meets his/her needs academically, emotionally, socially, and professionally. In the past three years, our students have shown tremendous resilience, strength, determination and courage. They work hard every single day to reach their goals and make us proud. This is why I believe a strong partnership between our school and our families is imperative, so we work together to provide adequate support for every student. This will ensure he/she has the opportunity to achieve at high levels.

I look forward to continuing to learn and grow with you as we work to make Boyd Anderson the Place to Be!

    Yours Truly,
