The vision is one that focuses on the advancement of all athletes and students and the day-to-day needs that will help them succeed in the classroom, in competition, and most importantly in the “Game of Life”.

Coach Hively will have an open-door policy and an open line of communication where students and athletes feel comfortable expressing their needs to be successful while here at Nova High School. He will be honest and upfront, fair, and expect discipline with a specific set of expectations for all its athletic teams and student activity groups.
