• Broward County Schools has partnered with Hazel Health to provide “at-home” telehealth services to selected schools.  Students will be provided healthcare by a physician or advanced registered nurse practitioner via telehealth with parental consent.  Please view the attached flyer from Hazel Health with directions to sign up for "at-home” telehealth services.
