The Records Retention Office assists students who need to obtain their school transcripts. School transcripts are legal documents accepted as proof of graduation or attendance. All educational records are protected under FERPA thus do not fall under the Public Records Law.

We are accepting K-12 requests for all years.
Records Retention is currently working remotely and with limited access due to the impact imposed by COVID-19. This restriction may cause a slight delay in the *turnaround time since requests are processed in the order they are received.
Any questions regarding transcripts, request, turnaround time, etc. please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Effective March 16, 2020, Records Retention has suspended all requests in person and/or pickups. All transcript requests must be made through this online request portal.
