SCHOOL MATINEE PERFORMANCES
Give your students a field trip experience they'll never forget - the opportunity to see LIVE theater and concerts at the beautiful Dillard Center for the Arts Theater, home to Broward County’s exclusive high school magnet program for the Visual & Performing Arts.
These shows are designed as a starting point to stimulate greater understanding and appreciation of the performing arts. Teacher and student activity guides are developed for each event to continue the learning experience after the performance.

The DCA Field Trip Series offers cast meet and greets as well as post show chat backs and Q&A’s.
TEACHER RESOURCE GUIDES
Dillard Center for the Arts also offers free Teacher Resource Guides to assist you in making your field trip even more meaningful.
Show times: 10 a.m. and noon performance for each show (60-minute show - includes a chat back, if available)
All tickets are $5.00 per student. Free for school staff and chaperones

Shrek The Musical - May 7, 2020
Based on the Oscar-winning DreamWorks Animation film, Shrek The Musical is a Tony Award-winning fairy tale adventure about a large green ogre who finds himself on a life-changing journey alongside a wisecracking Donkey and a feisty princess.
It's fun for the whole family as Shrek proves that beauty is truly in the eye of the ogre.
