The Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College of Florida Atlantic University - The Wilkes Honors College opened in the Fall of 1999 on a new branch campus in Jupiter, Florida. The College's intellectual foundation is a belief that liberal arts education provides the best preparation for a full and productive life. With one faculty for every twelve students, classes are small, and learning is offered in formal and informal settings. Students have the opportunity to work on research projects with outstanding faculty holding Ph.D.'s from leading universities.

New College of Florida - Founded in 1960 as a private college for academically talented students, New College became a public honors college in 1975. Today, as the state independent honors college, New College of Florida retains its distinctive academic program and high standards, making it a college of choice for students who can manage the freedom and responsibility of designing their own education. The New College academic contract enables each student to develop an individual academic program of coursework, tutorials, field and lab research, study abroad, etc., in close consultation with a faculty member.

Florida International University Honors College - The FIU Honors College provides the immediate association with a small group of outstanding students with similar capabilities and aspirations, an enhanced liberal arts curriculum, the opportunity to work closely with experienced faculty, and a broad range of curricular activities. The education and experiences made available through the College greatly expand student opportunities for graduate and professional study as well as competitive employment.

Burnett Honors College, University of Central Florida - The Burnett Honors College combines the intimacy of a small liberal arts college with the benefits of a large, metropolitan research university. The mission of the College is to provide a challenging academic program and a foundation for future achievement to the most academically talented students. The College strives to create a diverse learning community that fosters the pursuit of excellence, a sense of social and civic responsibility, and a passion for life-long learning. The College offers two distinct programs of study: University Honors and Honors in the Major. Florida A&M University Honors Program - The FAMU Honors Program provides a series of challenging courses and extracurricular activities for students who excel academically. The major goal of the program is to encourage academic excellence and to provide a more challenging academic experience for high achieving students.

Florida Gulf Coast University Honors Program - The FGCU Honors Program offers special opportunities for superior students to pursue academic work that challenges their interests and abilities. The program is university-wide, so students have access to the entire range of faculty and programs at the university. Since the honors program is exclusive, FGCU has the ability to design a unique program for each individual student. Scholarship opportunities and special programs that support the honors student's educational, intellectual, and personal goals will be designed individually with the student and his or her faculty mentor.

Florida State University Honors Program - The FSU Honors Program provides opportunities for the best students from Florida and around the nation to develop into excellent scholars, leaders in their communities, and innovators in their professions. Undergraduates have a wide range of opportunities to engage in world-class research and creative activity because of the university's success as a major research institution. In addition, the University is deeply involved in service to the community, state, nation, and world. University of Florida Honors Program - The UF Honors Program strives to give academically talented freshmen and sophomores the foundation for an outstanding undergraduate experience. Honors students benefit from smaller class sizes, specialized coursework, study abroad opportunities, internships that offer practical experiences, undergraduate research with renowned faculty, personal attention from staff and professors, and the Honors Residential College at Hume Hall.

University of West Florida Honors Program - The UWF Honors Program provides enhanced educational opportunities for superior students by providing creative ways for Honors students to achieve Aret (Excellence), Tchne (Skill), and Sopha (Wisdom), and by conforming to the guidelines for Honors Programs set forth by the National Collegiate Honors Council (NCHC). The Honors courses are range from offerings that fulfill General Studies Requirements to offerings that fulfill requirements in a student's major program. Honors courses can be unique or experimental, either in content matter or manner of delivery, and honors students have the opportunity to contribute materially to focused research, scholarly, and creative projects under the supervision of recognized faculty experts.
