The Before and After School Child Care (BASCC) Department oversees the quality of all programs operating in Broward County Public Schools. Child care programs provide a supervised learning and play environment for students and offer a wide variety of age-appropriate activities, including monitored homework time. Students have opportunities to learn new skills, socialize, and interact with their peers in a safe environment.
