Mr. Payne joins us for his second year at Attucks Middle school as the Speech & Debate Coordinator. Under his expert management, Attucks has had its best competitive year yet. Mr. Payne has over 20 years of experience as a teacher and debate coach and has lived many lives, making him a fantastic and engaging teacher.
