  • Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) Schools

    Students who attend a school that participates in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) are eligible for breakfast and lunch at no charge. Parents do not need to complete an application to qualify for meals. 

    Students at CEP schools may qualify for additional District Programs by completing an Income Survey Form and a Meal Benefits Disclosure Form (click on icons below).     

Universal Free

  • Universal Free Lunch Program Pilot

    Students who attend a school that participates in the Universal Free Lunch Program Pilot are eligible for lunch at no cost.  Universal Free Breakfast will continue for the 2023-2024 school year.  

    Meal Benefits applications need to be completed online for meal reimbursement and for providing opportunities for additional District Programs.

    Students who qualify for Free and Reduced Price Meals are eligible for additional District programs by completing the Meal Benefits Disclosure Form.

    Fee waivers for SAT/ACT/PSAT exams, waivers for college application fees, discounts on afterschool programs and camps, discounts on internet services, and others.

    The Parent Information Letter is available in English, Espanol, Kreyol and Portuguese.

My School Bucks

  • Online Meal Payments

    An online payment portal designed to allow parents and guardians quick and easy access to online payments for additional meals or a la carte items.

    A la carte items include:  Sparkling water, Ice-Cream, Pop-Tart, Rice Crispy Treats and more.  All a la carte items are USDA Smart Snack approved.

    A nominal fee of $2.49 is charged per credit/debit transaction.

    For current students, please contact the Food and Nutrition Services Manager at your school.

    Student(s) who are no longer enrolled at a Broward County Public School may e-mail FNSHelpDesk@browardschools.com for refunds.
