    Welcome to the Country Isles Media Center! Our goal is to teach students how to locate information, evaluate the information, analyze and synthesis the information.  In addition, motivational reading programs will increase student's reading skills, such as Reading Across Broward, Florida Reading Association for grades K-2, Sunshine States Readers for grades 3-5, and Accelerated Reader. These programs will not only encourage students to read but will also increase their reading skills (vocabulary, comprehension, and fluency). Students will be able to demonstrate a significant improvement in all academic areas.  Students will learn to love to read and make it an important part of their lives.  Ultimately, we want students to become life-long learners in an age of technology and information.
