DROP/ADD Request Form 2024 - 2025
Please complete the form below in it's entirety to request a schedule change for the 2023-2024 school year. Once submitted, you will receive an email notification at the email address provided with a copy of your request. After the guidance department has reviewed your request, you will receive either your revised schedule or an explanation from your counselor stating why your request is not able to be processed.
NOTICE TO SENIORS - A request(s) to drop courses that are graduation requirements will not be considered. Please contact your senior counselor (Ms. Ester Dawkins) for more information.
