Mrs. Patricia Michaud received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health and Physical Education at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA. Following graduation, she was employed as a Physical Education Director at the Charlestown Boys and Girls Club for several years. 

Mrs. Michaud continued her education and received a Master of Education Degree in Elementary Education at Bridgewater State University in Bridgewater, MA.

Mrs. Michaud and her family moved from Massachusetts to Florida in 2005. She has been employed as a teacher at Sheridan Technical College and Technical High School since 2013. At the college she taught Adult Basic Education, Applied Academics for Adult Education, General Education Development (GED), and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL). She also functioned as Vocational and Career Advisor for Adult General Education students during the 2020-2021 school year.

She currently teaches two .5 credit courses to tenth grade students: Career Research and Decision Making and Personal Finance and Money Management Honors. Students in her Career Research Class attend field trips to the main campus in Hollywood to learn more about the technical programs offered to high school students.

Mrs. Michaud is certified in three subjects, including Elementary Education, ESOL K-12, and Business Education 6-12.

Mrs. Michaud is married and has twin sons. She and her husband enjoy bicycle riding and dining out on the weekends and are fans of Boston sports teams.
