Mariuxi Tinajero was born and raised in Ecuador.  She has been teaching for nine years. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education (Grades K-6) from Florida Atlantic University and a Master’s Degree in Mathematics education (Grades K-12) from Nova Southeastern University. During her teaching career, Mariuxi has taught 6^th grade Bible, Math, Science and Spanish. She has also taught English as a Second Language to adult learners. Mariuxi has traveled around the world and finds learning about other cultures fascinating.
