    Hello volleyball players,
I hope this update finds you and yours healthy.
As you may have heard by now, we are unable to begin volleyball on the original date listed by the FHSAA.  Tryouts will NOT happen this coming Monday.
The season is, at this point, postponed indefinitely.
    From our athletic director....
The BCAA is committed to getting our Athletes back on the field as soon and as safe as possible. We will be given a 2 week period prior to sports opening up again.

What this means is that if we get a "go" date, we will have a little time to condition and hold tryouts before games would begin. as for what the season will look like, we are still uncertain.   Until then, here is what you can do.

    1. Take care of your paperwork and get that out off the to do list.. (See below for more info on that).
    2.  Take care of yourself!  Stay safe.  Do your part.
    3.  Workout to get/ keep yourself in shape.
    4.  Keep checking this page for announcements.
    5. *** Understand that things may change at any time.

I look very forward to physically seeing you all again and hope that it is sooner than later. Be well, and please reach out if you have any questions.

I urge you to read through it and begin your work. Please direct any questions to Alexa.  Hope to see you all soon.

    June 10

    Hello Future CCHS Volleybal Players,

During this unprecedented time, I am wishing for you and your families to be in good health.

As there are many questions regarding what is to happen next, let me give you some info.

We are not, I repeat, not allowed to be on campus.  We are not allowed to have any organized practices. We are not supposed to meet in large groups, and we are to be following all the guidelines set forth by the CDC, the county and Cooper City High School.

What can you do?  Train. Workout. Prepare. We need to be ready for when the season does commence.  I will be ready for whenever we get the go ahead. Make sure you are as well, and remember to be safe as you train. I will be positng workouts that you are able to do at home.  Please check back near the end of the week.

I will hopefully know more about a timeline in the next few weeks, and will let you know as soon as I have new information.

Any questions, please email me. Thanks and be well!

Here are the NEW EL3 and the  physical forms you will need. The EL3 is newly updated for this year, so make sure you have this current one. Try to get them done as soon as you can.
