    Description: EHS seeks to promote interest in English, literature and the humanities.  The purpose of EHS it to foster excellence in the English curriculum by advocating lifelong learning and community service.

    Through small projects and out-of-club events, NEHS works to better the community, the lives of others, and the skills of their members as they participate in literary contests, carry out community service projects, and plan tutoring/advising services.  NEHS seeks to promote interest in English, literature and the humanities, and foster excellence in the English curriculum by advocating lifelong learning and community service.

    Membership Requirements: NEHS recruits potential members at the end of the year.  However, those approached and interested must completely fill out an application and turn it into Mr. Grozan by the due date, submit a quality essay answering a given prompt, have completed one year (two semesters) of high school.

    Frequency:  Every other Friday at 2:40pm in room 4111
