• Congratulations on taking the first step on taking your recruitment journey.  Broward Recruiting Service would like to present you with Do-it-Yourself "DIY" resources that will greatly aid and improve your chances of getting noticed by the colleges of your choice.  The BCAA knows that the recruiting process can sometimes be a bit confusing and feel like a daunting task.  This DIY packet has all the tools to help you be successful in chasing your dreams.     Resources included:
    -College research tool to help narrow your list to what best fits you individually.
    -Helpful Hints Recruiting Packet
    -NCAA Condensed Guide for the College Bound Student Athlete
    -Word Document for NCAA FYI's and links to "Get It Right" as you try to get recruited
    -Broward Recruiting Service questionnaire to help build your Player Profile to share with college coaches as you wish.
    -30 Detailed School Information, coaches emails and phone number, as well as any recruiting questionnaires from the particular school. 
    -Personalized Player Profile
     
    Directions-
    Please follow the steps below to get started:
     
    1. Open the DIY Flyer PDF: BCAA DIY Flyer

    2. Click on Find School Icon (First Bubble on Right)
     
    3. Link will take you to https://www.collegedata.com/college-search where you can search what schools best fit you according to your filter parameters. When filling in the filter with your parameters, be sure to unclick the "Include Club Sports in Results".  If you do not unclick that, it will give all schools who offer the sport at the club level and not necessarily the college varsity athletic sports level
     
    4. If you do not know your intended Area of Study Interest, click the below text "Don't Know your Major? For a List Click Here."
     
    5. Prepare a list of 30 Schools that will be submitted during Step 6.
     
    6. Click the Coach Contact Info Request (Middle Bubble) and fill out the questionnaire completely.  All items with * are required.
     
    7. Hit Submit on Broward Recruiting Services Questionnaire.
     
    8. Wait a maximum of 5-7  business days for the results of your 30 chosen schools.
     
    9. You will receive a list of schools, School Info, Virtual Campus Tour,  map with location of school, team web page, and coaches contact information (email and phone #).
