Our FERPA Notice details parents’ and students’ rights with respect to educational records.
Social Security Numbers (Collection, Use & Disclosure) Notice
The District is mandated or authorized by law to collect, use and/or disclose Social Security Numbers for selected purposes, as listed in these notices.
Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA) Notice
This notice pertains to student privacy protection for surveys, the collection and use of information for marketing purposes, and certain physical exams.
Translated Privacy Notices

Student Records Confidentiality (Latest policy plus all forms cited in the policy)
Policy 1480 contains the District’s rules and guidelines to ensure students and parents’ privacy rights under FERPA and state law are protected.

In certain instances, FERPA and state law
allowdisclosing information from education records without written consent from the parent or student (age 18 or over). However, certain conditions and requirements must be met.
