Official School Board Records maintains and preserves all official permanent records of The School Board of Broward County, Florida, with Minute Books dating from 1915. Personnel from the department attends all Board/Workshop meetings; records and prepares official minutes as required by law for the record; oversees and maintains the electronic agenda (eAgenda); prepares follow-up reports for all Board/Workshop meetings; prepares Board Recaps for the School Board; and records the actions taken by the Board on agenda items.
