  • Social and Emotional Learning Coaches

    Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) Coaches provide customizable coaching and technical assistance with a focus on social, emotional, academic, and behavioral supports to increase student academic and behavioral performance within TIF V schools. The focus of SEL Coaches is teacher focused SEL, which will transform their personal SEL and Social Intelligence, inevitably matriculating into their teaching practice, and into the SEL of students.

  • SEL Goals are to:

    • Leverage and embed social and emotional learning using an inquiry-based model into the learning and leadership systems within TIF V Schools.
    • Provide tiered behavioral and environmental supports grounded in social and emotional learning competencies.
    • Strengthen social and emotional learning by investing in educators and educational leadership.
    • Co-create a climate conducive to the intellectual, physical, social and emotional development of all stakeholders to ensure optimal success.
