    Instructional Requirements

    • Hold a Florida Educator’s Certificate or: Complete an approved teacher education program or meeting eligibility requirements for a Florida Educator's Certificate (Bachelor's Degree)
    • Current Resume
    • Be a citizen of the United States or hold a valid Authorization for Employment
    • Pass a security background check.
    • Veteran's Preference (All instructional applicants claiming Veteran's Preference are required to submit the Veterans' Preference Claim Form, and attach a copy of Form DD 214 (Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty) to the electronic application submitted.   • Ignite your Teaching Career- Pathways to becoming a teacher

    The "Ignite your Teaching Career" virtual seminar is for individuals who hold a bachelor's degree or higher and are interested in a rewarding and exciting career as an Educator!

    Monthly sessions will be conducted virtually from 5:00- 6:00 pm
