The Miramar Cultural Center | ArtsPark

The Miramar Cultural Center | ArtsPark (MCC), located in South West Broward, was created to celebrate creativity and diversity within the city.  This landmark is a vibrant, urban destination located in the heart of the Miramar Town Center, situated adjacent to our City Hall.  Centrally located, the center is visible and accessible from Red Road, Miramar Boulevard and Hiatus Road.   With the mission … To gather together our culturally diverse community and engage citizens from every walk of life in unique educational and cultural opportunities, MCC’s programming is inclusive of performing arts and art exhibits that seeks to stimulate, provide insight and entertain guests of all ages.

School Day Matinee Field Trips  - Enriching, engaging and educating children in public, private and home schools through the magic of professional live theater and visual arts are an integral part of our mission.  In collaboration with the school district, teaching artists and arts organizations, we strive to provide curriculum-based arts education experiences for our children and families - We bring literature to life!  To make these experiences more fulfilling for all students, MCC also provides post-performance chat backs.   Teachers receive study guides that can be used in the classroom before and after the performance.   Behind the scenes tours and art gallery tours can also be arranged that include a tour of our botanical garden to view our beautiful public art exhibits entitled ‘Windows To Our World’ murals and the ‘Vanishing View’.
