Criteria for Scholar Athlete Award

The BCAA is proud to recognize student athletes from conference schools selected as scholar athletes. To be recognized as a scholar athlete, students must meet the following standards:

Must be a senior high school student;

Must have a minimum of a 3.2 G.P.A., including the first semester of the senior year;

Must be a varsity letter winner;

Must exhibit commitment to total school program and community at large, and

Must be nominated by the high school principal.
