Broward Schools observes January 11, as Human Trafficking Awareness Day. This day is used to bring awareness to the world-wide crisis of slavery. Join us and be an abolitionist by spreading the message on Human Trafficking Awareness Day, January 11, by using the Human Trafficking Awareness Day Activity Guide (adapted from GLSEN's), the National Human Trafficking Resource Center Student Toolkit, or lessons on the human trafficking curricula webpage.
Want to learn more about how you can help? View the School Board of Broward County Human Trafficking Awareness Day Resolution or go to the National Human Trafficking Hotline website to take the Human Trafficking Awareness for Educators course, access resources, and/or make a tip.
